We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include original packaging where possible.
Returns are accepted for Australian customers only.
To initiate a return, contact our support team at help@lucendihome.com or through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@lucendihome.com with your order details and photos or video evidence.
In these cases, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. No return shipment is required for faulty or incorrect items.
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor failure, we may refund or replace it at our discretion.
