1-Year Warranty
All products purchased from Lucendi Home come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing faults and defects.
We do not offer change of mind returns. Please choose carefully and review product descriptions, dimensions, and images before purchasing, as we're unable to accept returns or exchanges simply because you've changed your mind.
How to Start a Warranty Claim or Report a Fault

We will review your claim and get back to you with next steps.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@lucendihome.com with your order details and supporting photos or video.
In these cases, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. No return shipment is required for faulty or incorrect items.
Warranty Claims (After 7 Days)
For faults that arise after the initial 7-day delivery window but within the 1-year warranty period, contact us at help@lucendihome.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or video evidence. We will assess the claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case no return shipment is required.
